As part of new factory construction in Turkey, proper implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system plays an important part for successful and efficient establishment of logistic, production and other processes in the company. In this respect, Litostroj Power Group addressed this topic with completely new development and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA as latest edition of SAP software, which was successfully implemented and put into operation in Turkey in the end of April.
Customization and implementation of new SAP has been carried out in the last 9 months by international team consisted of Austrian, Slovenian and Turkish SAP consulting companies. In this way, Litostroj Power Group was able to combine internal knowledge with state-of-the art industrial software and process know-how.
Main benefit of such approach is to design software solution, which will enable efficient and reliably Group international operation. Furthermore, it will also serve as important platform for future expansion and development of the company and its production capacities around the globe.
